2. Littering is prohibited
3. Refreshment / Water station at check point for participants & volunteer only.
4. Race Bib must be visible front or back.
5. Runners must be check in every 10km loops from the starting line.
6. The 12 hours Run 2013 is support by St. John Ambulance official medic, This is does not cover personal accident, we recommend that you have own medical cover.
7. The Organizer reserve the right to make any change on the event rules /route or other arrangement as our deem appropriate.
