We are happy to provide you with the following quotation for your perusal. Should you agree with the details stated below, please sign at the end of this quotation and return together with the stated deposit. Kindly find the quotation as follows:

1. Date of event: 06th – 07th June 2012

2. Arrival: 1.00pm Departure: 11.00am

(Early/late charges applies if arrival/departure not according to the above)

3. Minimum Number of Pax: 90 pax

* Please note that reduction of participants is NOT ALLOWED. Additional attendees must be confirmed at least 10 days before the event. Please provide participants age range to facilitate activities.

4. Package: Package is inclusive of meals, lodgings, use of seminar hall (without audio-visual equipment), complimentary outdoor facilities and activities

5. Accommodation: 6 in 1 air-conditioned dormitory, separated by male/female. Participants are required to make their own beds before and after usage. Please provide number of male/female 10 days before the event.

6. Meals ‘Economy Rice’ style:

Participants are required to wash their own plate, cups, forks and spoons for all meals as follows:

Day 1 – Lunch (Rice, 2 vegetable dish, 1 meat dish and cordial drink)


Dinner (Fried Rice, Fried Noodle, Fruits, Salad and cordial drink)

BBQ (Self-cooked: chicken wings, sausages, prawn and potato)

OR

Steam Boat Dinner (Prawn, Chicken, Vegetables, Fish ball, Tau Fu, Squid, Egg, Bean Strips (Fu Zhu) and Mushroom)

Day 2 – Breakfast (Malaysian style with hot milo)

*vegetarian meals can be arranged as per request

Day 2

5.30am Complimentary Broga Hill Climb

8.30am Breakfast

9.00am Complementary Free and Easy Activities

(please refer list provided)

11.00am Check-out

* In the event of rain, we will replace with limited indoor activities

8. Others: For all outdoor activities, please come with shoes, sports attire and optional sun screen, insect repellent and water bottles for filling of water. Broga Hill activity – please bring torch lights.

9. Transport: If you are using public transport, we are able to provide pick-up or drop-off at Kajang train station/bus station at a nominal fee. For coach rental/hire, please contact our preferred transport provider Dennis Loh at 013-3682218/012-2486689.

10. Charges:

Per pax promotional package for 1 night: RM55* x 90 pax = RM4950

*Surcharge applicable for eve and day of public holiday

BBQ/Steamboat (optional) RM11 x 90 pax = RM990

Night Walk/Campfire (optional) RM5.50 x 90 pax = RM495

Grand Total: RM6435.00 nett

(A deposit of RM1000.00 must be paid immediately to secure bookings. Booking without payment is deemed null and void. Full payment to be made at least TEN (10) days before the said event. Payments are to be made to ‘Grace Assembly’
