Discipline: River Canoeing 10.6km, Jungle Tracking 33.51km, Lake Canoeing 10.2km and Mountain Biking 69.75km offroad and onroad.
Equipment: Please only bring your own mountain bike and cycling helmet. Participants also allowed to bring their own medical supply, safety equipment, camel-back, flash light etc.

Registration fee is RM 200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred only) per Team

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Participants Registration and Goodies Collection secretariat will be open on the 27th December 2013 from 1100hrs – 1800 hrs. at the Secretariat Office.
There will be a race briefing on 28/12/2013 – 1100 hrs at a location which will be notified later via email. Please do check the noticed board at the secretariat office for latest update.
TEAM
Participants should form a group of 4 persons including team leader or manager. Minimum ages of all members are 120 years in total All 4 members must cross every finish line together because the time will be counted from all 4 individual members. Teams can start new discipline only when all members finished and stamp on their time card.
INDIVIDUAL OPEN
Individual participants must be 18 years old and above. MY Card Number starting from 95XXXX-XX-XXXX
PRIZES
The winning Team will receive a winners’ trophy, gold medals, cash prize of RM 2000.00 and certificates. Similarly, the first runner-up will get silver medals, cash prize of RM 1000.00 and certificates, while the second runner-up will get bronze medals, cash prize of RM 750.00 and certificates.
For individual categories will receive a winners’ trophy, gold medals, cash prize of RM 1000.00 and certificates. Similarly, the first runner-up will get silver medals, cash prize of RM 750.00 and certificates, while the second runner-up will get bronze medals, cash prize of RM 500.00 and certificates.
TIMING
Electronic timing device will be used. All participants is compulsory to attend the race briefing before the start as Chief time keeper will brief on how to use the timing sensor. The sensor will be given to the team captain. Only when the full team arrived at the check point, then the timing sensor can be dipped to record the time taken. This will be controlled by the C.P marshals.
CUT OFF TIME FOR THE RACE
The official cut off time for the race is 24 hours after the flag off time. Certificate of participation will be awarded to all participants who cross the finishing line before the official cut off time. Any team arrived at the allocated checkpoint which are over the time allowed will be pull out of the race.
Stage 1 – 4 hours , Stage 2 – 8 hours, Stage 3 – 3 Hours, Stage 4 – 2 hours and Stage 5 – 5 hours
NON-FINISHERS
Participants, who started the race but did not officially complete the race or did not cross the finishing line due to whatsoever reasons (such as injury, tiredness or especially after official cut off time), must personally report to the marshal counter at the start/finish area of their intention to pull out of the race. This is very important to help the organizer ensure that all participants are accounted for after the race.
TAGGING
Each participant shall be given and official number which must be affixed with safety pins on the front and back of their T-shirts.
COURSE:
This course is designed to test the physical & mental skills of both weekends
Warriors and competitive participants. It involved usage of normal roads, river, lake and jungle tracks. The jungle tracks includes natural obstacles such as scaling of rocks, stream crossing etc. Control point shall be use to direct the flow of the events. Participants must pass through each checkpoint in consecutive order to be considered official race finishers. Participants must wait for all members to arrive the checkpoint before starting the next stage. All routes shall be marked with Red /White Tapes/ Yellow Arrow and assisted by directing Marshalls. All times taken will be recorded at each Time Control Checkpoints.
DRINK STATION
Water station will be strategically positioned throughout the race route. Participants are requested to make full use of it to stay hydrated. It is strongly recommended that participants bring along their own water bag for additional hydration. Participants can stop and rest at any water station or checkpoints, but time is running.
OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE
Each participant shall complete the challenges without any outside assistance. Medical assistance for any injury will be allowed. Assistant Team only allowed to take the equipment and the team needs to the checkpoints.
APPEAL JURY
Any participant may appeal to the Jury which consists of three members headed by Race Director. A fee of RM500.00 has to be paid to file the appeal. Any decision made during the process is FINAL.
PARTICIPANT’S SAFETY
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any injury, whether fatal or otherwise, to any participation and/or for damages or loss of such person’s property.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK:
Please train for the race and don’t underestimate the race.
Work on hydration during the race and be prepared for weather changes. Be
properly attire during the race taking into consideration that the race will take you through jungle tracks, lake and trails
FORBIDDEN EQUIPMENT
Any type of weapon is prohibited during the race and the use of walkie-talkie or similar radio equipment by the participants is also not allowed.

AMENDMENTS
